Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pete & Sons Body Shop's services, website, or facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Pete & Sons Body Shop provides auto body repair and related services including but not limited to:

• Collision repair and restoration
• Dent removal and paintless dent repair
• Paint services and refinishing
• Frame repair and alignment
• Windshield and glass replacement
• Headlight restoration
• Emergency roadside assistance
• Related automotive services as offered from time to time

Estimates and Quotes

Our estimates and quotes are provided for informational purposes and are not binding contracts. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Actual damage discovered during repair process
• Additional parts or services required
• Insurance company requirements
• Changes in material costs

A written repair order with your signature is required to authorize repairs.

Customer Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle and the damage
• Remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before repair
• Provide valid proof of ownership or authorization to authorize repairs
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Follow all instructions provided by our staff
• Return rental vehicles on time if applicable
• Notify us immediately of any changes to your contact information

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in writing:

• We accept cash, check, credit cards, and insurance direct billing
• Payment plans may be available for larger repairs with approval
• Interest may be charged on overdue accounts at 1.5% per month
• Returned checks will incur a $35 fee
• We reserve the right to place a mechanic's lien on vehicles with unpaid balances

Insurance Claims

We work with all insurance companies and will coordinate directly with your insurer:

• You are responsible for understanding your insurance coverage
• We will provide estimates to your insurance company
• Payment is expected regardless of insurance claim outcome
• You are responsible for any deductibles and amounts not covered by insurance
• We are not responsible for delays caused by insurance company processing

Vehicle Storage

Vehicles left on our premises are stored at owner's risk:

• We are not responsible for theft, vandalism, or damage to stored vehicles
• Vehicles not claimed within 30 days may be subject to storage fees
• We reserve the right to tow vehicles that are not claimed after 90 days
• Storage fees are $25 per day for unclaimed vehicles

Warranties and Guarantees

We offer warranties on our workmanship and materials:

• Paint work: 3-year coverage against peeling, cracking, or fading
• Mechanical repairs: 1-year/12,000-mile coverage
• Labor: 1-year coverage on all repair work
• Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase and proper maintenance
• Warranties do not cover normal wear, improper maintenance, or subsequent damage

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pete & Sons Body Shop's liability is limited:

• We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the services
• We are not responsible for delays caused by parts availability or weather
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage not related to our repairs
• Customer accepts responsibility for vehicle operation after repairs

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials are our property:

• Website content, logos, and designs are our intellectual property
• You may not use our trademarks without permission
• Photos of your vehicle may be used for promotional purposes unless you opt out

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services:

• For non-payment of services
• For failure to comply with these terms
• For safety or operational reasons
• For any reason at our discretion with reasonable notice

Termination does not affect payment obligations for services already provided.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved as follows:

• Initial disputes will be handled through direct negotiation
• Unresolved disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Georgia
• Arbitration will be conducted under American Arbitration Association rules
• You agree to pay arbitration fees and waive right to jury trial
• Small claims court actions are permitted for claims under $5,000

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Whitfield County, Georgia.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pete & Sons Body Shop regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements or discussions.
